Recently, I've had a couple of requests from Africans asking to know how they can get admissions into Russian Universities and so I thought we could use this thread to support that. So, instead of sending me emails, pls post your requests here.

Hi and welcome on here. Let me briefly answers some of your questions
1. It may be easier for you to enrol for a computer programming/science degree because getting into Aeronautical schools is quite tough but I will help and do more research for you.
2. Moscow is the capital city and it has the best facilities (in most cases...Even Russians from other cities rush to Moscow) but very very EXPENSIVE!
3. For scholarship grants you might have to check with the school directly or your federal government or some NGOs. I've never heard of free tuition in Russia.
