Now, I do not have any qualms about the statement itself. Its the image that I’ve got issues with.
Clearly from the image (ok, I agree that its not the best of images… my bad,the picture was taken in a fast moving metro but still…) you can easily see what point the statement is trying to make.
On there at the top, you can see a family of 7 black people (I assume they are refering to Africans in general) to the left of your screen and yellow people (this could be pointing fingers to Asians) to the right of your screen. And there you have in the middle white folks…just 3 of them. duh?

Yes, I know Russia is trying to pass a message as it is a known fact they are experiencing huge demographic problems, but blimey, is this the best they can do? Does the government or whoever was/is responsible for that advert think as soon as Mr Oleg sees the advert, he will rush home and soothe talk Mrs Svetlana into having more babies? or that Mr Ivan already having a hard-on by looking at the advert in the metro runs home and announce to Mrs Natasha…”detka, undress, lets make babies?”

This is ridiculousness of the highest order.

Does the fear factor really work? That there will be less “white” people in Russia if they dont start breeding like the Salp?
How about getting down to the root of the problem – HEAVY DRINKING!!!
